| 中文摘要:目的 介绍应用逆向潜行缝合重建伸腱止点治疗锤状指的手术方法和疗效。方法 对84例（86指）指伸腱止点撕脱的锤状指手术治疗，采用指背侧入路，通过伸腱止点处克氏针打出的骨软组织通道，用双直针带线，逆向进针潜行出针，不缝住皮下软组织，而只缝住伸腱止点和骨质，牢固重建腱止点。结果 随访4~30个月，以TAM标准评定：优79指，良5指，可2指；优良率达97.6%。结论 逆向潜行缝合伸腱止点治疗锤状指是更可靠易掌握的手术方法。 |

| To describe a procedure of suture for injury of extensor tendon of finger |

| ABSTRACT Objective To introduce the operation method of application of reverse invasive suture for the treatment mallet finger and evaluate its treatment outcome. Methods 84 cases (86 mallet fingers) with operation by dorsal incision of fingers. Making the passageway and penetrate at insertion of extensor tendon with Keith needle, doing that thread with double straight-needle, the needles reverse into and invasive out and only taken bone out of hypodermis then tied, So the insertion of extensor tendon was firmed. Results postoperative follow up ranged from 4 months to 30 months. According to TAM criteria， the overall effective rate was 97.6%. Excellent result was obtained in 79 fingers, good in 5 fingers. Conclusion Rebuilds the extensor tendon for the treatment of mallet fingers with reverse invasive suture is firmer, easier for master. |
