| 中文摘要:目的 评价平衡针、红外线微波治疗、林氏手法综合疗法治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效。方法 收集广东省中医院大学城分院急诊科在2009.10-2009.12期间采用平衡针、红外线微波治疗、林氏手法综合疗法治疗急性踝关节扭伤患者43例，通过视觉疼痛指数（VAS）、踝关节AOFAS评分系统，评价综合疗法的疗效。结果 在研究期间，发生1例不良事件（晕针），并因此退出研究，其余42例均顺利完成观察研究，其中3例在手法理筋时出现一过性踝关节疼痛加剧，经休息后疼痛可缓解；治疗前患者平均视觉疼痛指数、AOFAS评分分别为（7.05?.79）和（61.47?.20），治疗后患者平均视觉疼痛指数、AOFAS评分分别为(5.48?.74)和（79.79?.86），治疗前后比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）；平均（8.96?.64）min患者疼痛可有所缓解。结论 平衡针、红外线微波治疗、林氏手法综合疗法是一种确切、简单、即时有效的治疗急性踝关节扭伤的方法，它通过非药物治疗能使患者快速减轻疼痛并早期获得良好的关节活动功能。 |

| Comprehensive Treatment in 43 cases of Acute Ankle Sprain |

| ABSTRACT Objective:Evaluate the comprehensive treatment efficacy to acute ankle sprain by the balance acupuncture,infrared rays and Lin practices.Methods: Evaluate the efficacy by 43 emergency patients treated by the comprehensive treatment from October 2009 to December 2009 through VAS and AOFAS system.Results:During the treatment,there was 1 halo pin who quit the observation.The rest 42 cases finished the study finally, 3 of 42 cases got a brief intensive pain,but it can release after a rest.The average VAS score was （7.05?.79） and the average AOFAS score was （61.47?.20） before treatment.Afer therapy,the average VAS score was（5.48?.74） and the average AOFAS score was （79.79?.86）.The difference was obviously in statistics（P<0.05）.Patients could get release after about （8.96?.64）min.Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment by balance acupuncture,infrared rays and Lin practices is a exact,simply,early effective method to treat acute ankle sprain.It make release quickly and get much better function of ankle by non-drug therapy. |
