中文摘要:目的 评价自制微调装置在股骨交锁髓内钉远端锁钉植入过程中的疗效。 方法 选取我院2014年10月——2017年10月,66例股骨干骨折采用交锁髓内钉治疗的患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,33例患者远端锁钉应用微调装置的为研究组,另外33例运用常规方法采用髓内钉厂家自带的远端瞄准装置进行远端锁钉的为对照组,对比两组远端锁钉过程的手术时间及C型臂术中透视的次数。 结果 研究组远端锁钉平均耗时9.5分钟,平均透视4.4次;对照组平均耗时16.7分钟,平均透视11.2次。 结论 自制微调装置在股骨交锁髓内钉远端锁钉植入过程中使用简便,缩短手术时间,减少X线透视次数。 |

Application of autonomous micromatic setting in the femoral distal blocking of intramedullary nail |

ABSTRACT Aims, To evaluate the efficacy of autonomous micromatic setting in the femoral distal blocking of intramedullary nail. Methods, 66 patients from 2015.10-2017.10 with the fracture of femoral shaft who were under the treatment of femoral distal blocking of intramedullary nail were randomly divided into the study group and control group. 33 patients with the autonomous micromatic setting were the study group, 33 patients with the remote aiming device came from the manufacturer were the control group. The mean operation time and the times of clairvoyance C-arm in surgery. Results, the mean operation time was 9.21±2.03 minutes of study group and 16.36±2.66 minutes of the control group; the times of clairvoyance C-arm in surgery was 4.85±1.64 of the study group and 11.94±3.31 of the control group. Conclutions, the autonomous micromatic setting in the femoral distal blocking of intramedullary nail was simple and convenient during the operation; it could shorten operation time and reduce the number of X-rays. |
