| 中文摘要:目的探讨PFNA内固定术中应用温热液体对患者的影响和效果。方法自2012年11月~2016年12月，采取PFNA内固定术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者80例，其中男35例，女45例，年龄62-90岁，平均71.3岁。将患者随机分为两组，对照组患者术中给予常温液体(22-24℃)输注及冲洗，实验组患者术中给予温热液体(36.5-37.5℃) 输注及冲洗，对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、体温情况、寒战发生情况、血常规的变化情况进行统计分析。结果实验组患者低体温、寒战发生率较对照组明显减低（P<0.05），术中出血量、手术部位感染发生率明显减少（P<0.05），两组患者手术时间无统计学差异。结论PFNA内固定术中应用温热液体输注及冲洗，可有效降低患者低体温、寒战的发生，减少术中出血量及手术部位感染率，提高患者舒适度，更好的保障患者安全。 |

| The application of warm hot liquid in PFNA internal fixation |

| ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the effect and application of warm fluid in patients undergoing PFNA internal fixation.Method 80 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of femur were treated with PFNA internal fixation, including 35 males and 45 females, aged 62-90 years, with an average of 71.3 years. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given the normal temperature liquid (22-24℃) infusion and rinse during the operation. The patients in the experimental group were given warm liquid (36.5-37.5℃) infusion and flushing, and the operation time, the amount of bleeding, the temperature, the occurrence of chills and the change of blood routine in the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of hypothermia and shivering in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of surgical site infection were significantly decreased (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the operation time between the two groups.Conclusion The application of warm liquid infusion and flushing in PFNA internal fixation can effectively reduce the incidence of hypothermia and shiver, reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation and the infection rate of the surgical site, improve the comfort of the patients, and ensure the safety of the patients. |
