| 中文摘要:齿状突骨折作为常见的上颈椎疾患,因其解剖结构的特殊性,具有高风险性及高危害性等特点。齿状突骨折在分型及诊断方面目前较为成熟,而治疗方面,包括治疗方案的选择及手术术式的选择、手术操作等方面存在较大的争议。前路齿状突螺钉内固定技术因其本身的诸多优点,目前成为齿状突骨折的首选术式,但其适应症相对较窄,仍无法取代后路寰枢椎融合在治疗齿状突骨折方面的地位。目前,无论前路还是后路手术治疗齿状突骨折,均演变及发展出多种术式及操作方式,该文将对齿状突骨折在诊断及治疗方面的研究进展作进一步综述。 |

| Progress in diagnosis and treatment of dentate fracture |

| ABSTRACT odontoid fracture as a common upper cervical vertebral disease is characterized by high risk and hazard due to its special anatomical structure. At present, the classification and diagnosis of odontoid fracture are mature, while the treatment, including the choice of treatment plan, surgical operation and surgical operation, is controversial.Due to its many advantages, the technique of internal fixation with anterior odontoid screw is now the first choice for the treatment of odontoid fracture.However, the its indications were relatively narrow and could not replace the position of posterior atlantoaxial fusion in the treatment of odontoid fracture.At present, a variety of operative methods and methods have been developed for the treatment of odontoid fracture by both anterior and posterior approaches. This paper will further review the research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of odontoid fracture. |
