ABSTRACT The old lumbar dislocation has the characteristics of low incidence, difficult diagnosis, difficult treatment, poor prognosis, etc. There is no uniform standard for the choice of treatment options, mostly destructive surgery, and the long-term efficacy is not satisfactory. In order to better maintain the stability of the wrist joint, prolong the life of the wrist joint and reduce the complications of the operation, we have explored a new treatment plan and obtained satisfactory results. |
