目的:探讨游离股前外侧皮瓣移植修复足背皮肤缺损的临床疗效。
方法:解剖游离以旋股外侧动脉降支为血管蒂的股前外侧皮瓣,移植修复11例足背皮肤缺损,男8例,女3例;年龄20~51岁。旋股外侧动脉及其伴行静脉与胫前动静脉对端吻合,皮瓣切取面积最大20cm×10cm,最小12cm×8cm。
结果:11例皮瓣全部成活,术后随访6~24个月,移植皮瓣外形及功能恢复满意。按其外形、感觉、运动、疼痛及负重行走等下肢功能评价:优5例,良4例,可2例。
结论:股前外侧皮瓣具有血供可靠,血管蒂长,切取面积大,部位隐蔽,不损伤主要血管等优点,是修复足背皮肤缺损的理想方法之一。 |

| Repair of skin defect in the dorsum of foot with anterolateral femoral skin flap |

ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the effect of anterolateral femoral flap graft for the repair of skin defect in the dorsum of foot.
Methods: To dissect the anterolateral femoral skin flap with vessel pedicle of quadriceps artery of femur for the repair skin defects in the dorsum of foot(11 cases).Among them,8 males and 3 females,the age was from 20 to 51 years.Lateral circumflex femoral artery and accompanying vein,anterior tibial artery and accompanying vein were linked with end to-end anastomosis.The area of flap was from 12 cm×8 cm to 20 cm×10 cm.
Results: All cases were followed up for 6-24 months.All the flaps survived completely with the satisfactory appearance and sensation.The lower limb function was evaluated depending on the appearance,sensation,motion,pain,weight loading and walking condition.Five cases got excellent result,4 good,2 fair.
Conclusion: The anterolateral femoral skin flap has more advantages as good blood supply,longer vessel pedicle,concealed position in which can obtain large flap area and operation safely.It is the ideal flap for the repair of skin defect in the dorsum of foot. |
