手法复位配合外固定夹治疗下胫腓联合分离22例

下胫腓联合分离在下肢踝关节损伤时常见,治疗不当常可造成踝关节的功能障碍,甚至引起创伤性关节炎。我院自1997年5月以来共收治此类病例22例,采用手法复位配合外固定夹的治疗方法,取得良好效果,现报告如下。1临床资料本组22例中男15例,女7例;年龄18～52岁;左侧9例,右侧13例,均为闭合性损伤;受伤至就诊时间1小时～2天。临床表现为踝关节肿胀,尤以踝关节上方的胫腓骨之间肿胀明显,按压胫骨下端外侧有剧烈疼痛,踝关节活动障碍。
