经总结1996-2002年采用卧床牵引、动力髋螺钉(DHS)钢板内固定及股骨近端短重建髓钉固定3种方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折53例,探讨如何界定和选择适应证,并研究骨折类型、股骨近端机械强度与治疗方法的关系。
