开窗桥式椎管内减压术治疗腰椎管狭窄症

腰椎管狭窄症是引起腰腿痛和神经源性间歇跛行的常见原因,解除狭窄部神经压迫是获得满意疗效的关键,已成为共识[1,2]。自1992年1月-1999年6月我科开展椎板开窗桥式椎管减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症48例,疗效满意,报告如下。1　临床资料　本组48例,男21例,女27例;年龄32～65岁,平均452岁。病程3个月～32年,平均62年。中央椎管狭窄8例,其中L_4,5狭窄4例,L_3,4、L_4,5狭窄3例,L₅S₁狭窄1例;侧隐窝狭窄36例,单侧狭窄16例,双侧狭窄20例;4例为混合型狭窄(合并中央椎管狭窄)。本组合并椎间盘突出28例,其中L_4,518例,L5S16例,L4,5、L₅S₁2节段4例。
