喙突锁骨间固定治疗锁骨外端不稳定骨折

锁骨外端不稳定骨折较为常见,手术治疗方法较多。我院采用喙突锁骨间固定治疗(喙突和锁骨间环扎钢丝及螺钉固定法)新鲜锁骨外端不稳定骨折,疗效优良,现报告如下。1　临床资料自1995-2001年共收治新鲜锁骨外端Ⅱ型骨折21例,其中男19例,女2例;左17例,右4例;均为肩部撞击伤所致。年龄18～45岁,平均324岁;伤后至手术时间1～3d。采用喙锁间钢丝环扎固定12例,喙锁间螺钉固定9例。2　手术方法21　喙锁间钢丝环扎固定法　采用高位臂丛麻醉,患者取仰卧位,患侧肩部垫高,颈部转向对侧。
