小腿骨筋膜室综合征40例治疗分析

我院自2000年5月-2003年10月共治疗小腿骨筋膜室综合征40例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组40例,男35例,女5例;年龄17~66岁,平均24岁;左下肢15例,右下肢25例。致伤原因:车祸伤19例,坠落伤15例,压砸伤6例,其中同时伴有胫腓骨骨折33例,动脉损伤6例。发病时间为伤后3~30h,直接来我院求治35例,由外院治疗后转入5例。2治疗方法和结果35例直接来院患者中27例首先保守治疗,采用20%甘露醇250ml加地塞米松5~10mg静脉滴注,每日2~4次,并且抬高患肢。
