半伸位外固定法治疗伸直型肱骨髁上骨折疗效观察

自1999年以来,采用手法复位半伸位小夹板外固定法治疗伸直型肱骨髁上骨折128例,取得满意效果,报告如下。1临床资料本组128例,男78例,女50例;年龄4~15岁,平均为6.8岁。尺偏型57例,中立位型42例,桡偏型29例。伤后至就诊时间最短30 min,最长5 d,平均1.9 d。左侧74例,右侧54例。所有患者均为闭合性骨折,无血管神经损伤并发症。2治疗方法患者取坐位,局麻下两助手对抗拔伸牵引,患者掌心、肘窝朝上。术者先以推挤或合掌手法抱髁叩掌,用掌根按叩髁部以纠正侧方移位。
