断指再植存在无复流现象,尽管断指再植技术提高,仍应尽快重建血运、冷藏断指,及时有效地处理血管危象,一旦无复流现象不可避免发生,宜果断放弃再植改行其他术式。

No-reflow phenomenon in replantation of amputated finger

Abstract:No-reflow phenomenon existed during replantation of amputated finger.Although replantation skill is improving,it is still very important to restore blood supply,to cool the amputated fingers and to deal with the vascular crisis.It’s wise to stop replantation and change the operation with no delay if no-reflow phenomenon occurs.
