自Mixter和Bars在1934年首次描述腰椎间盘突出症至今已60余年,随着现代化诊疗器械和科学的发展,对腰椎间盘突出症的生物力学基础、病因、病机的认识和诊断技术有了长足的进步,但各种疗法的疗效并不十分满意。[1] 。
