下肢骨折及术后深静脉血栓形成的诊治

自1996至2000年,临床中发现,骨折及下肢手术后病人出现患肢弥漫性肿胀、肢体疼痛,皮温、皮色改变,伴随发热,临床诊断为下肢深静脉血栓形成,报告如下。1临床资料11一般资料本组患者6例,男4例,女2例；年龄43～92岁,平均66岁,60岁以上者5例。股骨颈骨折术后2例,人工股骨头置换术后1例,髌骨骨折后1例,胫腓骨双骨折、髓内钉固定术后1例,长期卧床发病1例。发病时间为急性4例(伤后或术后1周内)慢性发病2例,其中1例因髌骨骨折,卧床2月后,下地功能锻炼时出现患肢肿胀、疼痛,经抬高患肢。
