| 中文摘要:中医治疗骨折有四个组成部分：复位、固定、练功、药治。复位以手法为主,辅以手术：固定以夹板为主,牵引、外固定器为辅;所谓练功,即按动静结合的原则,合理的进行功能锻练;药治分内治和外治,内治是口服中药,外治是用中药外敷或熏洗。对前三个组成部分,国内外中西医同道的观点基本是一致的,但对药治的看法却有分歧,西医同道多认为骨折只要对位理想,固定牢靠,不需要用药治疗,也没有促进骨折愈合的药物,骨折均能自行愈合。若发生骨不连,或延迟愈合,也是因为复位或固定不当所致。 |

| The use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of fractures |

| ABSTRACT The author reviewed 14 famous classical works in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) published from 11th century B.C. to 19th A.D. and selected the commonly used drugs in TCM for the treatment of orthopaedic conditions espicially for fractures. A list of 20 drugs were given according to their decending frequency of appearance in the prescriptions by the traditional physicians during the management of fractures. The well-known drugs among the lists were root of Chinese angellca, Peony root, Safflower, Pyrite etc. which were used selectively in the prescriptions according to the different stages in fracture healing with the analvsis of the systemic symptoms and signs. Experimental studies performed in recent years for the use and effect of TCM in fracture healing were also reviewed. Besides the similar principles of fracture management i.e. reduction, fixation and functional exercise, the unique feature of TCM in fracture treatment is the administration of effective herb drugs to enhance the process of bone healing. |
