| 中文摘要:脑震荡系外伤后即刻发生的中枢神经系一时性机能障碍的病症。当中枢神经系机能恢复正常后,而病员续有头痛、头晕、疲乏、易出汗、畏光、恶心呕吐、注意力不集中、记忆力减退、烦燥不安等症状,持续数周或数月,甚而数年者,称之为脑震荡后遗症。在祖国医、药学文献中,并无此病病名,但在临床上有虚实两种不同情况的表现。就其发病原因及其临床症状的表现来看,似属祖国医学中,因外伤以致脉络瘀阻的头痛实证范围。本人以活血通窍、养血舒筋的治疗方法,自订‘脑震散’,运用于临床五十多年,治疗脑震荡后遗症,收到显著疗效。兹将其处方及其制作方法、临床运用介绍如下,以供大家参考。 |
