| 中文摘要:颈椎外伤所致脊髓一过性挫伤,因椎管内无明显压迫,手术适应征不十分明确。本文报告9例,其中3例手术,6例非手术治疗。经6～24个月随访,采用Frankle分级,结果显示,保守治疗者中半数脊髓功能基本恢复正常；而手术者手功能恢复较好。作者意见,脊髓一过性挫伤均可试用非手术治疗1～2周,如神经功能恢复不佳,应及时改用手术治疗,以利于改善手功能。 |

| The Evaluation of Operation and Conservative Therapy on the Transient Contusion of Cervical Spinal |

| ABSTRACT The operation indication of the transient contusion of the cervical spinal cord has still not been very clear. Nine cases in total were studied. Among them,there were 3 cases treated with operation and the others with conservative therapy. The observation with Frankle evaluation had been followed up for 6-24 months. The results indicated that the spinal cord function of 3 cases in the conservative therapy group had been recovered basically to normal,and the function of hand in the operanon group improved better than that in the former. It was suggested that the patients suffered from transient contusion,due to the injury of cervical spinal cord, should be treated, at first, with non-operative methods for 1-2 weeds; if the nervous function was not improved very well in this period,the operation should be applied as soon as possible,in order to recover the function of hand. |
