| 中文摘要:采用带蹬吊带体系治疗出生2月～3岁间婴幼儿先天性髋脱位(congenital dislocation of the hip,CDH)418例,均获满意复位,并对其中的168例进行了2～11年远期随访。结果表明：近期复位率为100％,远期优良率为95％；患侧髋臼发育与健侧相比无显著性差异。从而证实该体系是治疗CDH的一种比较全面的方法,成功率高、远期效果好及并发症低。同时强调CDH必须早期诊断,及时治疗。 |

| Treatment Of Congenital Dislocation of the Hip with the System of Pavlik Harness |

| ABSTRACT Congenital dislocation of the hip （CDH） has been treated in 418 babies and infants （2months to 3 years old） with the system of Pavlik harness.All 418 cases achieved satisfactory reduction, and 168 out of them were followed up for 2~11 years.The results indicated that the near future reduction rate was 100% and the forward fine rate was 95 %; there was no significant difference of the development of the acetabulum between the ill side and the healthy side ; and no necrosis of the femoral head occurred in this group.Thus it is demonstrated that this system is a kind of comparative perfect method for treating CDH with high success rate, good forward effectiveness and low complication.It is emphasized simultaneously that early diagnosis and treatment in good time are needed. |
