| 中文摘要:为验证已研制的纯中药复方外用促骨生酊剂对骨折愈合的影响,对100只兔桡骨实验性人工骨折后分为对照组和实验组,后者施行局部持续敷药。于各生长周期分别予摄片、病理及生物力学测试。结果显示2周以内作用尚不明显,3～5周后用药组三项观察指标均优于或明显优于对照组。提示该制剂确有利于提高骨愈合速度与质量。 |

| An Experimental Study of the Effect of Tincture Cu Gu Sheng in TCM on Fracture Healing |

ABSTRACT
Aim: To test and verify the effect of Tincture Cu Gu Sheng （TCGS）, a pure Chinese herbal medicine for external administration on fracture healing.
Methods: Experimental fracture of radius was made in 100 rabbits and then divided into control group and TCGS group.At 2, 3, 4, and 5 weeks after fracture, the effectiveness was evaluated by means of roentgenogram, biomechanical and pathological examinations.
Results: It was showed from the data of three observation indexes that both the bone strength and speed of fracture healing in TCGS group were better than those in control group, during 3~5 weeks after fracture except that in 2 weeks.
Conclusion: There are definite therapeutic effects for fracture healing both in accelerating the speed of healing and improving the quality of bone with the local application of TCGS to fracture. |
