目的：探讨术后腰椎间盘炎的临床特征及其治疗方法。
方法：收治术后腰椎间盘炎8例，采用保守治疗。
结果：6例经保守治疗，疗效满意，2例经保守治疗无效行病灶清除术。
结论：椎间盘炎临床以血沉增快和剧烈腰腿痛为主要特征，治疗以保守为主。 |

| Discitis after Extraction of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc |

ABSTRACT
Objective: To inquire into the clinical feature and treatment of postoperative lumbar discitis.
Methods: Eight cases of postoperative lumbar discitis were diagnosed and treated with conservative method.
Results: Satisfactory therapeutic effect was obtained in 6 cases with conservative treatment,and the curettage of pathological focus was applied to 2 cases without effectiveness in conservative treatment.
Conclusion: The major clinical features of discitis are the acceleration of ESR and the severe lumbocrural pain,and the main therapy is conservative. |
