中文摘要:
目的:探讨骨内高压在退行性膝关节病发病中的作用。
方法:对64例退行性膝关节病患者行膝部骨内压测定及加强试验。
结果:退变膝骨内压高于正常膝(P<0.01);休息痛膝的骨内压明显高于无痛膝(P<0.01)和活动痛膝(P<0.05);活动痛膝与无痛膝比较无显著差别,但前者加强试验阳性率明显高于后者(P<0.001)。
结论:退行性膝关节病存在骨内压增高;骨内压与退变膝的疼痛密切相关。 |

| A Clinical Study on the Relationship Between the Intraosseous Hgpertension and the Degenerative Knee |

ABSTRACT
Objective: To explore the effect of intraosseus hypertension on pathogenesis of degenerative knee
Methods: The intraosseous pressure was measured and the stress test was taken in the degenerative knee of 64 patients
Results: The intraosseous pressure of the degenerative knee was higher than that of the normal ( P <0.01) The intraosseous pressure of the knee with rest pain was prominently higher than that of the painless knee ( P <0.01) and the knee with motive pain ( P <0.05) There was no significant difference in intraosseous pressure between the knee with motive pain and the painless knee As to the result of the stress test, the positive rate of the knee with motive pain was prominently higher than that of the painless knee ( P <0.001)
Conclusion: There is intraosseous hypertension in the degenerative knee The intraosseous pressure is closely correlated to the pain of the degenerative knee. |
