中文摘要:
目的：探讨降低儿童开放性骨盆骨折死亡率的有效方法。
方法：本组23例,其中22例发生休克,采用止血、输血及手术治疗。
结果：经救治,21例存活,2例死亡,死亡率为87%.
结论：有效急救止血、早期快速定量补充血容量、及时彻底清创、预防感染和认真处理好合并伤及重要脏器伤是挽救开放性骨盆骨折患儿生命的根本措施。 |

| Emergency Treatment of Open Pelvic Fracture in Children |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the effective methods for lowering down the mortality of open pelvic fracture in children
Methods:Of the 23 cases,22 patients with shock were treated with hemostasis,blood transfusion and operation
Results:After treatment,21 survived and 2 died,giving a mortality of 8 7%.
Conclusion s:To control hemorrhage successfully,replace adequate circulation volume early and timely debridement,prevent infection and manage associated injuries of vital organs are the basic treatments for saving life of children with open pelvic fracture |
