中文摘要:
目的：探讨细胞因子与细胞外间质成份在缺血性股骨头坏死(INFH）疾病发病中的作用。
方法：采用放射免疫分析法(RIA）对45例INFH患者进行血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α）、透明质酸(HA）及层粘连蛋白(LN）的含量检测,并以30例健康人作为对照。
结果：INFH患者血清TNF-α、HA和LN含量均处于高水平状态,与对照组比较均具显着性差异(P<001）.不同病因组其TNF-α、HA和LN含量均有不同程度的改变。且TNF-α含量的增高与HA呈明显正相关(r=045,Ρ<005),与LN之间无相关性。
结论：TNF-α、HA和LN之间具有相互协同作用,并共同参与了INFH疾病发生发展的免疫病理过程。 |

| The Pathogenic Effect of TNF-α,HA and LN on Ischemic Necrosis of The Femoral Head |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To study the relation between cellular factor,intercelluar substance and pathogenesis of ischemic necrosis of femoral head (INFH)
Methods:Tumor Necrosis Factor(TNF),Hyaluronic(HA)and Laminin(LN) in 45 patients with INFH were measured by radioimmunity analysis(RIA) 30 normal persons served as control
Results:TNF,HA and LN in patients with INFH were in higher levels than that in control group (Ρ<0 01);variations were seen in different causal groups Meanwhile,the increment of TNF correlated well with HA(r=0 45,Ρ<0 05),but had no correlation with LN
Conclusion s:TNF,HA and LN have cooperation in immunopathologic process of occurrence and development of INFH disease |
