中文摘要:
目的：了解股骨头缺血性坏死患病率及其居住生活环境与患病率的关系。
方法：选择调查地区人群常住人口为对象,对一岁以上的人口进行普查,逐村逐户与受检人见面进行查体,详细填写统一的调查表,体检发现阳性体征者,经X线检查确诊。
结果：自1998年9月至1999年9月,五个协作组,动员了100多名调查员,历时一年完成了111,350人的调查。其患病率为平原农民1176/万,城市居民9.57/万,工人7.92/万,山区农民6.29/万,沿海渔民5.53/万。
结论：调查结果表明不同的人群居住环境,患病率有显着差异,还对患病原因、时间、性别、年龄等进行了分析,该项调查对于今后开展健康教育和防治工作有重要意义。 |

| Seroepidemiological survey and study on ischemic necrosis of femoral head |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To study the incidence of ischemic necrosis of femoral head(INFH) and to find out the relationship between its prevalence rate and the living environment.
Methods:The permanent residents who are above 1 year old in the survey area were chosen as samples;physical examination was done for them one by one,and the detailed questionnaire filled up.The diagnosis was confirmed by the positive signs demonstrated on physical examinations and the findings on the X ray films.
Results:The personals involved in this survey consisted of 5 teams and more than 100 investigators;111,350 serum samples were collected from Sep.1998 to Sep.1999.The prevalence rate was:11.76/10000(plain peasants);9.57/10000(city dwellers);7.92/10000(workers);6.29/10000(peasants in mountain area);5.53/10000(coastal fishermen).
Conclusion:The study indicated different living environment have considerable discrepancy in prevalence rate.The survey also analyzed the cause,time,sex and age of patients and provided scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of INFH. |
