中文摘要:
目的：回顾手法复位背夹板固定治疗胸腰段椎体压缩骨折的疗效。
方法：应用过伸复位背夹板固定治疗胸腰段椎体压缩骨折113例。X线片显示椎体压缩小于1/5者31椎,1/5～1/3者37椎,1/3～2/3者49椎,伴Ⅰ度滑脱者15例。
结果：随访1～15年,根据骨折疗效标准草案之评定标准,良94例,尚可12例,差7例。
结论：稳定型新鲜胸腰段椎体压缩骨折应早期整复固定,背夹板取材容易,操作简便,易于重复,远期疗效好。 |

| Treatment of compression fractures of thoracolumbar vertebral segments with manipulative reduction combined with back splint |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To study clinical results of manipulative reduction combined with back splint for the treatment of compression fractures of thoracolumbar vertebrae
Methods:113 cases of compression fractures of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae were treated with hyperextension reduction combined with back splint.X-ray showed that 31 vertebrae were compressed less than 1/5,37 between 1/5～1/3 and 49 between 1/3～2/3,as well as 15 cases were combined with Ⅰ° slippage of vertebrae.
Results:All the cases were followed up from 1 to 15 years.According to curative effect standards of fracture,good results were obtained in 94 cases,fair in 12 and poor in 7.
Conclusion:Compression fractures of thoracolumbar vertebrae of stable type should be reduced and fixed at its early stage.The back splint has such merits as easy to get materials,convenient operation,liable to be repeated and good long-term curative effect. |
