中文摘要:
目的：探讨应用单侧外固定器治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的并发症及防治措施。
方法与结果：67例病人经4个月～8年的随访,共有15例病人出现6类并发症,其中针道炎性反应5例,固定针松动4例,关节活动受限2例,骨折延迟愈合3例,畸形愈合1例,腓神经损伤1例。
结论：认为并发症原因与外固定技术、手术操作、术后护理及功能锻炼有关,并对防治这些并发症提出一些手术注意事项及防治措施。 |

| Unilateral multifunctional external fixator for the treatment of complications of open fractrures of the tibia and fibula |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the method of treatment of the complications of open fractures of the tibia and fibula using unilateral multifunctional external fixator
Methods: and
Results:67 cases were treated with unilateral multifunctional external fixator and followed up from 4 months to 8 years.15 cases had complications;among them,5 cases had inflammation of needle path,4 loosening of the fixation wire,2 had limitation of joint motion,3 had delayed unnion,1 healed with deformity and 1 injury of peroneal nerve.
Conclusion:The occurrence of complication were related to the technique of external fixator,operation,nursing care after operation and functional training. |
