植入型丹参缓释剂的研制与药代动力学研究

目的:试图研究一种用于治疗骨坏死的局部植入型丹参缓释剂。

方法:用现代技术提取丹参有效成分,再与125Ⅰ及赋形剂经特殊工艺加工制成植入型125Ⅰ丹参缓释剂,植入大白兔股骨内,观察丹参的血药浓度。

结果:植入后27天内,血液内一直保持较高的丹参浓度;27天后血药浓度逐渐下降,持续至33天左右。

结论:本研究初步证实植入型丹参缓释剂能够持续而稳定的释放出丹参药物达30天左右,可继续进一步相关研究。

The preparation of implantation type of tardy-releasing radix salviae mitihorrhizae and a study of pharmacokinetics
ABSTRACT  

Objective:To develop a new type of partial implantation tardy releasing radix salviae mitihorrhizae for the treatment of osteonecrosis

Methods:The effective component of radix salviae was extracted with modern technology and the sample 125 Ⅰ tardy releaing radix salviae made from 125 Ⅰ and excipient with special technique were implanted into the femur of rabbits.The blood concentration of the drug blood was observed.

Results:Twenty seven days after the implantation,relatively high radix salviae concentration remained in the blood.After that,the concentration gradually fell down within the next 6 days.

Conclusion:The research initially proved that this drug was able to continuously releasing salviae medicine steadily as long as 30 days.So that other related studies could be carried out.
