中文摘要:
目的:探讨髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折的治疗方法。
方法:自1996年-2002年共收治25例,18例资料完整,根据Pipkin分型,Ⅰ型4例,Ⅱ型5例,Ⅲ型2例,Ⅳ型7例。根据骨折分型和治疗时间以及患者年龄,决定治疗方案。
结果:按照Epstein评分标准,Ⅰ型:优3例,良1例;Ⅱ型:优1例,良2例,可1例,差1例;Ⅲ型:2例全髋关节置换术后分别2年和5年,行走无痛,关节活动范围正常,假体无松动。Ⅳ型:良4例,可1例,差2例。
结论:髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折的治疗方法应根据骨折类型,骨折时间,患者年龄等确定。 |

| Treatment of posterior hip dislocation combined with fractures of the femoral head |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the treatment method of posterior hip dislocation combined with fractures of the femoral head.
Methods:From 1996 to 2002,eighteen of the twenty-five patients with the fractures of femoral head were followed up completely.Classification was based on Pipkins criteria,type Ⅰ four,type Ⅱ five,type Ⅲ two,type Ⅳ seven.Various procedures were taken according to classification and age of each patient.
Results:Eighteen patients were followed-up from one to seven years.In typer Ⅰ,three were rated as excellent and one good by Epsteins criteria.In type Ⅱ,one excellent,one good,one fair and one poor.In type Ⅲ,two excellent.In type Ⅳ,four good,one fair and two poor.
Conclusion:The result is directly related with severity of the trauma and choice of treatment method. |
