| 中文摘要:腰椎间盘突出症确切致痛机制尚未完全明了,脊神经根的机械性压迫被认为与疼痛和特定节段神经功能障碍有关,然而无症状腰椎间盘突出的现象对此提出不同的解释。该文对近年来有关无症状腰椎间盘突出的机制进行了系统的研究,认为其与椎间盘突出物可代偿的椎管储备容量、受累神经根对机械压迫的逃逸避让与弹性延长功能,以及受累神经根低氧消耗与抗缺血性损伤代偿作用等因素有关。这将深化对下腰痛的理解并有助于相关领域的继续研究。 |

| Recognization on the asymptomatic lumbar intervertebral disc herniation |

| ABSTRACT The exact pathophysiologic mechanisms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH) are incomplately known,however,mechanical compression of spinal nerve roots is known to be correlated to both pain and neural dysfunction of specific segmental nerve roots.This study was done to document newly the mechanisms of photographically asymptomatic lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (ALIDH) which give different idea to the traditional compression theory of LIDH.This paper strongly support the concept that mechanisms of ALIDH are associated with the following three aspects:spinal reserve capacity (SRC),escaping from mechanical compression of herniated disc and potential elastic lengthening function of revolved nerve roots,and their natural hypoxic consumption and anti-ischemic injury compensation mechanism as well.It is hoped that the described beatures of ALIDH may advance the understanding of certain of lower spine symptomatology and provide some basis for much needed future research. |
