中文摘要:
目的:使用大剂量激素建立兔激素性股骨头坏死模型。
方法:成年日本大耳白兔32只,随机分为模型组(16只)与对照组(16只)。模型组每周2次肌肉注射醋酸泼尼松龙10mg/kg,对照组每周2次肌肉注射生理盐水,每只2ml,共6周。观察实验后第2、4、6周两组动物股骨头光镜及透射电镜组织病理学变化。
结果:模型组股骨头骨质疏松,光镜下空骨陷窝数增多,脂肪细胞数增多,透射电镜股骨头部分骨细胞体积缩小,核暗变性,较多骨细胞已坏死溶解成碎片。
结论:大剂量激素可导致兔股骨头缺血性坏死。 |

| Morphological and imaging observation of animal models of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To produce animal model of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis.
Methods:Thirty-two impubic Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:experiment group and control group.Prednisolone at a dose of 10 mg/kg and saline at a dose of 2 ml per animal were intramuscularly injected to the rabbits in experiment group and control group twice a week in 6 consecutive weeks respectively.Pathological changes of femoral head were observed with light microscope and transmission electron microscope two weeks,four weeks and six weeks after injections respectively.
Results:At the end of 2 weeks and 4 weeks after injections,osteoporosis was found in the femoral head in rabbits of experimental group.Increased numbers of empty bone lacunae and fat cells was observed with light microscope in the experiment group as compared with the control group.In addition,in the experimental group a propotion of osteocytes decreased in volume and nuclei shrunk;many osteocytes underwent necrosis and were dissolved into fragments were observed with transmission electron microscope.
Conclusion:A large dose of hormone may cause avascular necrosis of femoral head in rabbits. |
