目的:介绍自行设计的双半圆克氏针钢丝张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折,评价其疗效。
方法:48例髌骨骨折按Rockwood分型,Ⅱ型14例,Ⅴ型34例。男38例,女10例。年龄13～69岁,平均32岁。开放性骨折22例,闭合性骨折26例。全部采用双半圆克氏针钢丝张力带内固定方法治疗。
结果:48例均随访5～37个月,平均8个月,疗效评定根据Bostman评分标准,优47例,良1例。
结论:该张力带内固定符合生物力学原理,采用这种新的克氏针钢丝张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折,疗效好、并发症少,值得推广应用。 |

| Treatment of patellar fracture by internal fixation using double semicircle Kirschner wire |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To introduce evaluate a new tension band fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture.
Methods:Among 48 patients,38 patients were male and 10 patients were female,with an average age of 32 years ranging from 13 to 69 years.According to Rockwood classification,14 patients were Type Ⅱ fracture and 34 patients were Type V fracture.Open fracture occurred in 22 patients and close fracture in 26 patients.All the patients with patellar fracture were treated with intermal fixation by use of double semicircle Kirschner wire.
Results:All the patients were followed up from 5 to 37 months,with an average of 8 months.According to Bostman evaluation standard,47 patients obtained excellet results and 1 good.
Conclusion:The new tension band fixation meets to biomechanics principle with minimal complication and can achieve good therapeutic effects for treating patellar fracture.The therapeutic method is worthy of applying. |
