中文摘要:
目的:探讨手术内固定辅助中药治疗创伤性浮膝的必要性和优越性及膝关节功能恢复状况。
方法:1996年5月-2004年5月应用手术内固定辅助中药治疗35例创伤性浮膝,其中男22例,女13例;年龄25～64岁,平均37.5岁。均采用髓内钉、加压钢板、外固定支架、松质骨拉力螺钉、骨栓等内固定,术后配合中药内服和熏洗治疗。
结果:本组35例,随访1～2.5年,平均1.8年。3例开放性骨折创面经多次换药和皮瓣转移后愈合,无骨髓炎发生,骨折全部骨性愈合。按Karlstrom和Olerud的标准评定优15例,良16例,中3例,差1例,优良率88.57%。
结论:创伤性浮膝术后配合中药治疗可大大减少患者并发症的发生,有利于膝关节的恢复。 |

| Operation combined with adjunctive Chinese herbs in the treatment of traumatic floating knee |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore necessity and superiority of internal fixation combined with Chinese herbs in the treatment of traumatic floating knee and the functional recovery of the knee joint.
Methods:Thirty-five patients with traumatic floating knee,including 22 male and 13 female,with an average age of 37.5 years ranging from 25 to 64 years,were recruited in the present study.All the patients were treated with internal fixation such as intramedullary pins,compressive plates,external fixation frame,lag screws and bolts.After operation,Chinese herbs were given orally or used to fumigate and wash wound area.
Results:All the patients were followed up for 1 to 2.5 years,with an average of 1.8 years.Three patients with open fracture were healed after many times of dressing changes and flap transplantation.All fractures obtained bone union without traumatic osteomyelitis.According to Karlstrom and Oleruds evaluation standard,15 patients got excellent result,16 good,3 fair and 1 bad,and the rate of excellent and good was 88.57%.
Conclusion:Postoperative administration of Chinese herbs in the treatment of traumatic floating knee can decrease postoperative complications and is benefit to the functional recovery of the knee joint. |
