| 中文摘要:胫骨平台骨折是负重关节的关节骨折,发病率较高,对康复的要求也很高。对于胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗,应首先明确其手术适应证,选择合理的手术入路,掌握正确的内固定技术,做到骨折解剖复位,塌陷部位复位后植骨。使用支撑钢板和松质骨螺钉做坚强内固定,必要时需行双髁固定;术后早期CPM膝关节功能锻炼,这对于骨折愈合、功能恢复和减少创伤性关节炎的发生十分有益。笔者结合近年来有关文献就其手术适应证、手术目的、手术入路、切开复位及微创复位内固定技术的研究作了回顾、分析和展望。 |

| Investigation progress in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture with internal fixation technique |

| ABSTRACT Tibial plateau fracture is intra-articular fracture of weight loading joint with high incidence rate.In surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture,the first thing is to definitude the operative indication,and then choose the appropriate operative approach and proper internal fixation techniques,so as to obtain anatomic reduction.For cases of collapse bone implantation should be conducted after reduction.A supporting plate and cancellated bone screw can be adopted to form a strong internal fixation,and even both ankles fixation is performed in necessary.Postoperative CPM functional exercise of knee joint at early atage is benefit to the fracture healing,functional recovery and decreasing the occurrence of traumatic arthritis.This article has reviewed,analyzed and prospected operative indication,operation purpose,operative approach,open reduction and internal fixation with mini-wound in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture. |
