| 中文摘要:髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折的临床病例比较少见,其损伤机制及局部解剖结构的特殊性,决定了其愈后情况的不确定性。所以对该种病例的治疗方案尚无统一的标准。我们1999年5月-2003年1月收治18例患者,对其采用了不同的治疗方案,并全部获得随访,现对其预后分析如下。 |
