| Progression of osteosarcoma chemotherapy |

| ABSTRACT Chemotherapy can kill the micrometastasis of osteosarcoma in lung,increase the 5-year survival rate and provide a safe verge for limb salvage,thus help many patients to reserve their limb and improve their quality of life.The chemotherapy-resistant give a new challenge for treating osteosarcoma,but nothing can substitute chemotherapy in treating osteosarcoma. |
