中文摘要:
目的:探讨利用针刀结合透明质酸钠关节腔注射治疗踝关节软组织撞击综合征的方法及其疗效。
方法:踝关节软组织撞击综合征患者38例,男22例,女16例;年龄26-63岁,平均38岁;左侧14例,右侧24例。所有患者均有踝关节外伤史,主诉有顽固性踝关节疼痛并经4个月以上保守治疗无效,同时有影像学支持。踝关节前外侧压痛27例,前内侧压痛6例,前方压痛5例。用小针刀松解修切撕裂的韧带及瘢痕样组织,并在关节内注射透明质酸钠。
结果:所有患者均获随访,随访时间10-38个月,平均16个月。根据Meislin标准对疗效进行评估,疗效优12例,良16例,中6例,差4例。无感染或神经损伤等并发症发生。
结论:针刀结合透明质酸钠关节腔注射对踝关节软组织撞击综合征具有创伤小、恢复快等治疗效果。 |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To study the clinical outcomes of the knife needle and Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of soft tissue impingement syndrome of the ankle(STISA).
Methods:Thirty-eight cases with STISA were treated with knife needle.There were 22 male patients and 16 female patients.The average age was 38 years old with a range from 26 to 63 years old.There were 14 left ankle joints and 24 right ankle joints.All patients complained of previous trauma of the ankle joints and obstinate pain in the ankle ... |
