中文摘要:
目的:观察散瘀接骨精在辅助治疗四肢闭合性骨折中对缩短患肢疼痛、肿胀、骨折愈合时间的作用。
方法:234例由于各种原因所致的四肢闭合性骨折患者,男134例,女100例,年龄6～84岁,按随机方法分两组治疗。对照组120例,患肢以石膏、夹板或牵引固定制动等常规处理;治疗组114例,加用散瘀接骨精湿纱布外敷患处,隔日以注射器注入10～20ml散瘀接骨精至纱布,4周1个疗程;分别观察两组患者患肢疼痛、肿胀、骨折愈合时间等情况。
结果:随访时间6～10个月,平均8.5个月,治疗组患肢疼痛、肿胀、骨折愈合时间明显缩短,两组差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。
结论:散瘀接骨精辅助治疗四肢闭合性骨折,具有明显的消肿止痛功能,能促进骨折愈合及患肢功能恢复,缩短疗程,且无不良反应。 |

| Adjunctive therapy of closed fracture with Sanyu Jiegu recipe(散瘀接骨精) |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To observe the influence of Sanyu Jiegu recipe(散瘀接骨精)on pain,swelling,healing time of closed fracture.
Methods:Two hundred thirty-four patients with closed limb fractures(134 male and 100 female),with the age range from 6 to 84 years.All the patients were randomly divided into control group(120 cases)and treatment group(114 cases),which were treated with routine methods such as splinting,plaster,traction and so on.Besides,the affected parts of 114 patients in treatment group were paved with wetted gauze of Sanyu Jiegu recipe and injecting 10-20 ml Sanyu Jiegu recipe to the gauzer every other day,4 weeks as one course.The pain,swelling,healing time of fracture were analyzed in the study.
Results:The patients were followed up from 6 to 10 months with an average of 8.5 months.The average time of pain,swelling and healing in treatment group was shorter than control group(P<0.01).
Conclusion:Sanyu Jiegu recipe can shorten the time of pain and swelling,accelerate bone healing and functional restoration.Moreover,the method has no adverse effect. |
