| 中文摘要:随着社会的发展,老龄化的出现,老年性转子间骨折发生率逐年增高。股骨转子间骨折是老年人常见骨折,手术内固定治疗和早期活动可以减少并发症、死亡率和致残率。我们自2002年6月-2005年5月共收治老年转子间骨折25例,采用闭合复位股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)固定治疗,经临床分析效果满意,报告如下。 |
