| 中文摘要:股骨髁上骨折骨不连是一种由高能量暴力导致的股骨髁至股骨干骺端的严重并发症.据国外相关资料报道,股骨髁上骨折后骨不连的发生率约为3.8%[1].至今仍是骨科治疗难题,其治疗效果往往难以令人满意.笔者收集本院自1997年6月至2007年6月26例股骨髁上骨不连患者,采用动力髁螺钉(dynamie condylar screw,DCS)加自体髂骨移植治疗取得了满意的疗效,报告如下. |
