| 中文摘要:【摘要】 目的 观察半月板成形联合修补技术在治疗盘状半月板损伤的疗效。方法2005年6月～2009年12月，其中28例行关节镜下盘状半月板成形术联合修补缝合技术，患者年龄6～42岁，平均32岁，男23例，女5例。关节镜下判定半月板的性质和撕裂的类型与范围，采用成形联合修补缝合技术治疗盘状半月板边缘撕裂，术后支具保护8周，6月内避免剧烈运动。结果 患者术后随访3～36个月，平均8个月。Lysholm关节功能评分28例半月板成形术联合边缘修补缝合技术患者术前62～74分，平均(67.23?.24) 分，术后80～96分，平均( 87.24 ?.26) 分。没有出现再撕裂或因为症状复发再手术的病例。结论 盘状半月板成形术联合边缘破裂修补缝合技术对于盘状半月板撕裂的治疗具有较好的临床效果，可以作为其手术选择方案之一。 |

| The Application of Forming Joints Repair and Technique in the treatment of the Discoid Meniscus Injury |

| ABSTRACT [Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of meniscus forming joint repair technique on discoid meniscus injury and operation methods. Method From Jun. 2005 to Dem. 2009, there were 28 cases who underwent the arthroscopic treatment of forming joint repair for discoid meniscus, the patients ranged from 6 to 42, the average was 32, 23 were men, and 5 women. To judge the nature of meniscus and the type and range of tear. Forming joint repair using suture the edge treatment of discoid meniscus tear, postoperative brace protection of 8 weeks, 6 months to avoid strenuous exercise.Result follow-up visits in 3-36 months to the patients, averaging 8 months. Lysholm scores on joints function of 28 cases: Before Operation: 62-74 scores, averaging (67.23?.24) scores;After Operation: 80-96 scores，averaging ( 87.24 ?.26) scores. No occurrence of re-tear or re-operation due to symptom recurrence. Conclusion discoid meniscus forming joints repair technique has better clinical effects on the treatment of discoid meniscus tear and can be regarded as one of the operational option. |
