中文摘要:目的 探讨高龄髋外伤术后足踝屈伸运动角度与频率对下肢静脉血流动力学的影响,为指导患者有效活动提供理论依据,从而有效地预防术后下肢深静脉血栓形成。方法 用彩色超声多普勒检测17名高龄髋外伤术后卧床期间患者股静脉在足踝屈伸不同角度与频率状态下的血流动力学指标。结果 足踝跖屈50?背伸30?运动与足踝跖屈30?背伸20?运动方式均可增股静脉血流速度,前者更为显著;静止状态与运动持续2秒时差别显著,有统计学意义;运动持续2 ~3秒无差别,处于高峰平台期;运动持续4秒后血流速度减慢,出现下降支。结论 高龄髋外伤围手术期卧床期间足踝跖屈50?背伸30?运动持续2 ~3秒时对股静脉血流的促进作用最强,为高龄髋外伤术后卧床患者下肢静脉血栓的发生,可指导患者做足踝跖屈50?背伸30?运动持续2 ~3秒/次的运动最为理想。 |

The impact of Foot dorsiflexion angle and duration of exercise on femoral venous blood flow velocity Experimental Study in aged patients after-opration hip frectrue |

ABSTRACT To investigate the impact of foot angle dorsal flexion and duration on the lower limb blood flow in extremity venous hemodynamics in aged patients after-opration hip frectrue, to provide patients a theoretical basis for effective activities, so as to prevent deep vein thrombosis. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound detection of 17 in aged patients after-opration hip frectrue in the bad, with femoral vein with different foot ankle flexion and duration , state the index changes in hemodynamics. Results The ankle’s movement of flexion 50 皛extension 30 ?is significant different from that of ankle flexion 30 ?extension 20 ? the former can significantly increase the peak speed and average speed of the femoral vein blood flow; the statistical difference can be observed between the results of static state and that after the movement of ankle flexion 50 ?extension30 ?in 2 seconds but no statistical difference between the movement of ankle flexion 50 ?extension 30 ?in 2seconds and that in 3 seconds; there is statistical significance between 4 seconds’ ankle flexion 50?extension 30 ?movement and 5 seconds’ of that. Conclusion Ankle’s alternatively movement of flexion 50 ?and extension 30 ?in the range of 2 seconds to 3 seconds can promote the flow of the deep femoral vein to the largest extend in aged patients after-opration hip frectrue in the bad, which can be adopted as an ideal guide to the patients’ preventive exercises of ankle joint. |
