| 中文摘要:【摘要】: 目的 探讨内侧单一切口，使用改良Chevron 截骨结合外侧组织松解治疗轻中度踇外翻的临床疗效。方法 对26例患者行改良Chevron 截骨联合第1跖趾关节外侧组织松解手术治疗，并进行术前、末次随访HVA、 IMA、AOFAS评分比较，综合评价术后足部外观、功能恢复情况。结果 26例获得随访，时间8-12个月，患足外观明显改善，术后未出现切口感染、跖骨头坏死、踇外翻畸形复发等并发症。患者对术后临床效果满意率96.2%，截骨部位愈合时间为6-8周。术前HVA、IMA 、AOFAS分别为：30°±3.7°、IMA 为14°±1.5°、60.13±6.80；末次随访分别为：4°±4.2°、7°±0.6°、90.55±7.20，前后差异比较均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 内侧单一切口，改良Chevron 截骨联合第1跖趾关节外侧组织松解治疗治疗轻、中度踇外翻疗效满意，临床值得推广。 |

| Clinical effect of medial single-incision and modified Chevron osteotomy combined with lateral loosening of tissue in treatment of mild-moderate hallux valgus |

| ABSTRACT 【Abstract 】
Objective: To investigate the effect of single medial incision in the treatment of mild-moderate hallux valgus with modified Chevron osteotomy combined with lateral tissue loosening.
Methods: Twenty-six patients underwent modified Chevron osteotomy combined with the first metatarsophalangeal joint tissue release surgery. The preoperative and final follow-up comparison of HVA, IMA, AOFAS score, comprehensive evaluation of the appearance of the foot, functional recovery.
Results: Twenty-six patients were followed up for 8-12 months. The appearance of the affected foot was significantly improved. No incision infection, metatarsal head necrosis, recurrence of hallux valgus deformity and other complications occurred after operation. Satisfaction rate of 96.2% of the patients with postoperative clinical results, osteotomy site healing time of 6-8 weeks. The preoperative HVA, IMA and AOFAS were 30 ° ± 3.7 ° and IMA were 14 ° ± 1.5 ° and 60.13 ± 6.80 respectively. The final follow-up were 4 ° ± 4.2 °, 7 ° ± 0.6 ° and 90.55 ± 7.20 respectively The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusions: Medial single incision, modified Chevron osteotomy combined with the first metatarsophalangeal joint tissue release treatment of mild to moderate degree of hallux satisfactory effect, clinical worth promoting. |
