| 带线锚钉联合V-Y腱成形术治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂疗效分析 |

| 中文摘要:目的 陈旧性跟腱断裂由于断端回缩及疤痕组织生成，易遗留疼痛及功能障碍,关于陈旧性跟腱断裂的手术方案有很多，本文探讨了带线锚钉联合V-Y腱成形术治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的临床疗效。方法 2014年5月至2018年3月应用带线锚钉联合V-Y腱成形术治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂患者26例，男18例，女8例；年龄19～56岁，平均36±11.7岁。病程42天～62天，平均49±5.3天。跟腱短缩2～7cm，平均4±1.6cm。术后采用美国足踝外科协会（American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Soviety,AOFAS）踝与后足评分和疼痛视觉模拟（VAS）评分来评价对比术前、术后随访时的疗效。结果 所有患者随访8～18个月，平均12±2.5个月，跟腱无再断裂。按AOFAS评分和VAS评分进行术前、术后对比，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 带线锚钉联合V-Y腱成形术治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂，跟腱固定强度可靠，可明显改善患者的疼痛、行走功能，提高患者生活质量，功能恢复良好。 |

| Curative analysis of V-Y tenoplasty combined with wire anchors in treatment old Achilles tendon rupture |

| ABSTRACT Objective Due to the retraction and the formation of scar tissue, old Achilles tendon fracture is prone to pain and dysfunction. There are many surgical options for old Achilles tendon fracture.?This paper explore the clinical effect of the treatment of old Achilles tendon rupture repaired with V-Y tenoplasty combined with wire anchors. Methods From May 2014 to March 2018, 26 patients (18 males and 8 females) with old Achilles tendon rupture were treated with V-Y tenoplasty combined with wire anchors.The outcomes were evaluated by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Soviety ( AOFAS) and visual analog pain score (VAS). Results All 26 cases were followed up 8～18 months，average of 12±2.5 months，no Achilles tendon rupture again.AOFAS score and VAS score were compared preoperatively and postoperatively, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with old Achilles tendon rupture，using V-Y tenoplasty combined with wire anchors can attain rigid fixation，can significantly improve the pain and walking function of patients, improve the quality of life of patients,and good function recovery. |
