| 中文摘要:目的：观察循经按摩治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：选取2020年3月至2023年6月在深圳市中医院门诊部就诊的神经型颈椎病患者64例，采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和观察组，治疗组和观察组各32例。观察组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上同时予以循经按摩。分别在治疗前和治疗1个疗程后采用疼痛数字评分（Visual Analogue Scale,VAS）、颈椎功能障碍指数评分（Neck Disability Index , NDI）、颈椎病临床评价量表(Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis,CASCS)评价临床疗效，并比较治疗前后颈椎功能活动度。结果：经治疗后，治疗组和观察组的VAS、NDI评分均降低，CASCS评分均升高（P＜0.001）。治疗后2w，较观察组相比，治疗组VAS、NDI评分更低，CASCS评分更高（P＜0.001）。与治疗前相比，观察组前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋转、右旋转活动度增加（P＜0.05），治疗组前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋转、右旋转活动度增加（P＜0.05）。与观察组相比，治疗组前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋转、右旋转活动度增加更明显（P＜0.05）。
结论：循经按摩治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著，能有效缓解颈项部疼痛，改善临床症状，患者满意度更高。 |

| Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Meridian Massage in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of meridian massage in the treatment of cervical Spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods: 64 patients with cervical spondylotic neuropathy in the outpatient department of Shenzhen Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the treatment group (n = 32) and the observation group (n = 32). The observation group was treated with routine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with meridian massage on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale,Neck Disability Index and Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis before and after one course of treatment, and the range of motion of cervical spine was compared before and after treatment.Results: After treatment, the VAS and NDI scores of the treatment group and the observation group decreased, while the CASCS scores increased (P < 0.001). Two weeks after treatment, compared with the observation group, the VAS and NDI scores were lower and the CASCS scores were higher in the treatment group (P < 0.001). Compared with those before treatment, the range of motion of flexion, extension, left flexion, right flexion, left rotation and right rotation increased in the observation group (P < 0.05), and the range of motion of flexion, extension, left flexion, right flexion and right rotation increased in the treatment group (P < 0.05). Compared with the observation group, the range of motion of flexion, extension, left flexion, right flexion, left rotation and right rotation increased more significantly in the treatment group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Meridian massage is effective in the treatment of cervical Spondylotic radiculopathy, which can effectively relieve neck pain, improve clinical symptoms and improve patient satisfaction. |
