基于Web of Science核心合集数据库水凝胶脊柱领域可视化分析

中文摘要:目的:水凝胶在医学领域的应用十分广泛,近些年来在脊柱领域的研究逐渐增加。通过文献计量学对近十年水凝胶脊柱领域的英文文献进行分析。方法:检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中2012-2022年收录的英文文献,应用Citespace6.1.R6对文献进行分析并绘制可视化图谱。 结果:共纳入文献84篇,文献发表数量逐年上升,美国是文献发表数量最多的国家,文献发表数量最多的作者是David Eglin,文献发表数量最多的机构是Univ Delaware,形成10个有意义的聚类,当前的研究热点是椎间盘退变的治疗、硬脊膜的修复、脊髓损伤后的恢复。结论:近十年来,水凝胶在脊柱领域的研究热度较高。预测未来水凝胶脊柱领域的研究会在椎间盘、3D打印、细胞、软骨细胞移植、基因表达、角层结构的探索下不断深入。

Visualization Analysis of Hydrogel Spine Research in the Web of Science Core Collection Database
ABSTRACT  Objective: Hydrogels are widely used in the medical field, and the research in the field of spine has gradually increased in recent years. The English literature on hydrogel spine in recent ten years was analyzed by bibliometrics. Method: Retrieve the English literature included in the Web of Science core collection database from 2012 to 2022, analyze the literature using Citespace 6.1.R6, and draw a visual graph. Result: A total of 84 articles were included, and the number of publications has been increasing year by year. The United States is the country with the highest number of publications, with David Eglin as the author and Univ Delaware as the institution with the highest number of publications, forming 10 meaningful clusters. The current research hotspots are the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration, repair of the dura mater, and recovery after spinal cord injury. Conclusion: In recent ten years, the research of hydrogel in the field of spine is very popular. It is predicted that the future research in the field of hydrogel spine will continue to deepen under the exploration of disc,3d printing,cell,chondrocyte transplantation, gene expression and horn structure.
