中文摘要:髋臼骨折一直是骨折治疗中的难点,随着髋臼骨折患者的增多和对髋臼骨折认识的提高,髋臼手术的技巧不断提升。我们自1999年5月-2006年10月,对108例复杂性髋臼骨折(按照Letournel髋臼骨折分类)的患者采用改良的前后联合手术入路进行治疗,取得了良好效果,现将临床实施方法撰文与同道商榷。
