抗应力遮挡内固定钢板的有限元分析

目的:三维有限元法(FEM)适于内固定钢板和其改为中心外凸形状进行应力和变形分析。

方法:有限元分析中采用了1223个节点、764个八节点六面体等参元和3564个自由度。

结果:改进后的内固定钢板比原来的内固定钢板在正向力、弯矩My和Mz的作用下,柔度分别增加了6.01%、30.8%、6.12%.

结论:改进后的钢板刚度和应力替代作用被降低,符合生物力学。

Finite elemental analysis on the anti-stress shielding effect of the internal fixation plate
ABSTRACT  

Objective:Three dimensional finite element method(FEM) is suitable for the analysis of the stress and deformation of the internal fixation plate and its modified type of the centrally convex shape.

Methods: 1223 nodes,764 8 node hexahedron isoparametric elements and 3564 freedom degrees were used in FEM analysis.

Results:In comparison with the original steel plate,the flexibility of the improved steel plate under the action of normal tensible load,y direction and z direction bending moment increased 60 1%,30 8% and 61 2% respectively.

Conclusion: Both the rigidity and the role of stress shielding decrease.The data demonstrates that this improved steel plate meets the demand of biomechanics.
