目的:了解颈椎病引起颈心综合征的原因和手术治疗效果。
方法:21例患者采用前路环锯法或开槽法潜行扩大减压,切除突出的髓核和骨赘,植骨后重新恢复病变间隙的高度和保持病变节段的稳定性。
结果:21例术后优12例,良8例,可1例,优良率为95.2%.
结论:颈心综合征在临床上一旦确诊而经保守治疗半年以上无效者,手术可获得满意效果。 |

| Surgical treatment of cervical-heart syndrome caused by cervical spondylosis |

ABSTRACT
Objective: To study the causes of cervical heart syndrome and results of operative treatment.
Methods:Anterior trephine or slot decompression was done in 21 cases of cervical spondylosis.Prominent nucleus pulposus and osteophytes were excised.The height of intervertebral space of the lesional disc was restored by bone graft to ensure the stability of the segments involved.
Results:12 cases had excellent results,8 good and 1 fair.The rate of excellent and good results was 95 2%
Conclusion: The cervical heart syndrome is a commonly encountered condition.If conservative measure showed no effect for more than half a year,surgical treatment is advisable. |
